About this handbook

The purpose of this handbook is to set forth who we are, what we do, and how we do it, and what we expect of students and families.

The Founding Document starts with the “Big Picture.” Please read this first.
The Parent Student Handbook follows next, giving direction on our policies.
Finally, there is an Appendix containing an even more extensive set of policies for less common circumstances.

Academy responsibility

Decisions regarding grades, student discipline, enrollment, are within the discretion of the Academy administration and clergy. Signing the Handbook Agreement Form signifies your agreement to abide by all policies, rules, guidelines, and regulations of the Academy. For example, parents agree not to excuse a student from observance of Academy policies, dress code, or to overturn grades given in an Academy class.

Policy improvements

The provisions of this handbook are reviewed annually but they are also subject to change by the Academy administration during the school year. Parents who have questions, objections, or suggestions should discuss those with the Academy Headmaster. Significant changes will be publicized on the website, communicated through email, Telegram, and at in-person meetings.
